Human Resources Business Partner Intern

Job Summary
The HRBP Intern will have the opportunity to gain exposure to and support multiple areas of Human Resources, including recruitment, payroll, immigration, and miscellaneous HR projects, within Safran USA's Shared Services center.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Review and update policies as needed
- Work with hosted organizations
- Interface with the International Mobility team while learning US immigration procedures
- Complete special projects as needed
Work Schedule and Relocation
The intern will work a minimum of 20 hours per week from January to May and 40 hours per week from June to July. Relocation is not provided for this position.
Requirements
- Junior or above in Human Resources or a related degree program with an emphasis in Human Resources, Business, or Finance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and MS Word skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer Service oriented
