Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Sage Hospitality Group. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring an efficient and exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service and hospitality.
  • Resolve guest issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest accounts and cash handling.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in a related position, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of hotel front office procedures and cash handling.
