Administrative Support Professional

Full-time office administration role at Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos involves efficiently filing and managing paperwork, ensuring operational effectiveness and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include maintaining current files, classifying and organizing material accurately, searching for and retrieving information as requested, disposing of obsolete files in accordance with established schedules or legal requirements, and handling cash transactions.
- Filing and Organization: Ensure all files are up-to-date and properly stored, classify and file incoming material accurately, and maintain records of removed documents.
- Information Retrieval: Search and retrieve information from files as required, including collecting past deal files.
- File Disposal: Dispose of obsolete files according to the established retirement schedule or legal requirements.
- Cash Handling: Manage and count cash as needed for multiple dealerships.
- Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance and organized work area.
- Travel: Drive company vehicles between stores, including daily travel to company buildings in Cerritos and NRH-HB.
Requirements include full-time availability, a valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Availability: Full-time availability, minimum age 18 years old.
- Licenses: Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
