Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to healthcare providers, including scheduling appointments, verifying patient information, and managing clinical reminders.
- Ensure accurate and timely data input into our electronic medical records system.
- Collaborate with the core PACT Team and expanded PACT Team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and colleagues, ensuring a positive and respectful experience.
- Participate in clinic outreach events to support enrollment initiatives and patient retention.
- Embrace and support new initiatives, whether clinical or operational, to drive continuous improvement.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent education.
- Strong computer skills, with experience in electronic medical records systems preferred.
- Demonstrated high-quality customer service and organization skills.
- Minimum 1-year experience in a clinical or call center environment (preferred).
- Credentialed and in good standing through the Veterans Health Administration (VA).
- Current certification in Basic Life Support and ACLS, as specified by individual VAMC contract.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Energetic and optimistic demeanor.
