Customer Service Representative (Seasonal)

We are seeking dedicated seasonal team members with robust customer service expertise and a collaborative mindset to deliver outstanding support to our subscribers. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries related to billing, product details, technical assistance, and general programming information in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide accurate information regarding billing and product offerings.
  • Assist customers with technical support and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • General technical support skills.
  • Familiarity with connected and mobile devices.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Talkdesk is a plus.

Work Schedule:

Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
