**Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Specialist to enhance our commitment to outstanding customer service, customer loyalty, and the acquisition of new clients. In this role, you will act as a primary liaison for our customers, managing both incoming and outgoing sales and service-related communications. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer issues, identifying their needs, recommending suitable products and services, finalizing sales, and maintaining precise customer records.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage a substantial volume of incoming calls while ensuring the highest standards of customer service quality, efficiency, and accuracy.

- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of Suburban Propane's offerings, customer account management, billing procedures, and relevant policies regarding service delivery.

- Employ a proactive sales strategy in every customer interaction to identify additional sales and service opportunities.

- Present a professional, confident, and enthusiastic demeanor to foster trusting relationships with all customers.

- Effectively oversee customer account information, including the establishment of new accounts and the maintenance of related data.

**Qualifications**

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service capacity.
