Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
- Take ownership of customer inquiries by providing accurate and timely information regarding their orders.
- Oversee the customer order process from entry to shipment, ensuring effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Investigate customer concerns to uncover underlying needs beyond initial requests.

Performance Metrics:
- Accuracy of order entries and releases.
- Volume of orders processed.
- Timeliness of order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
A four-year degree or two to four years of relevant experience and/or training, or a combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in Business Operating Systems, as well as Internet software, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
