Position Overview

This role is pivotal in driving the success of license sales within designated Industry Accounts throughout the Japan region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives by spearheading strategic and transformative SaaS agreements.
  • Oversee territory planning and execute sales strategies within assigned accounts.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans and implement value-based selling techniques across targeted accounts.
  • Facilitate the sale of new software licenses (SaaS), meeting established sales quotas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and networks to promote new software license transactions.
  • Maintain sales opportunities in CRM systems and provide necessary sales reports to the Sales Director/Manager.
  • Establish and nurture positive relationships with senior-level decision-makers across assigned accounts.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the enterprise business application software sector through direct sales.
  • Demonstrated experience in selling SaaS (Cloud solutions) and leading strategic transformational initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Infor's target industries, including Industrial Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, and Automotive.
  • Proficient in business-level English (Speaking, Listening, and Writing).

Preferred Experience:

  • A minimum of 10 years in direct sales, with a focus on building relationships with C-level and senior management in enterprise accounts.
