Position Overview:
Reporting to the Senior Director of Consulting Practice, the Senior Strategic Client Executive is primarily tasked with developing and promoting consulting services tailored for Infor Cloud Suite solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with clients by positioning Infor as a trusted solution provider and gaining insights into their business objectives and priorities.
- Collaborate with the licensing team to craft and present cost-effective service proposals that align with licensing opportunities and support overall bid strategies.
- Formulate an account strategy to identify and capitalize on opportunities by analyzing clients' business drivers, particularly in how Infor services can deliver significant business value.
- Develop and implement a Sales Strategy aimed at driving service opportunities to successful closure, ensuring that both regional and individual targets are achieved or surpassed.
- Ensure that proposals are compelling and presented in an efficient, cost-effective manner.
- Design and execute marketing initiatives to stimulate pipeline growth and revenue generation.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 8 years of proven success in relevant service sales, preferably in ERP solutions.
- Proficiency in both Thai and English is essential.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, organizational, and planning abilities.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as an ERP Implementation Consultant or Project Manager is advantageous.
- A demonstrated history of selling complex solutions across multiple sites and countries.
- Familiarity with Cloud solutions.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively to meet service sales targets.
- Proven skills in managing forecasts and pipelines with data-driven accuracy.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, along with effective execution and messaging skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and customer engagement.
- Proven track record in managing sales campaigns and closing deals, whether alongside licensing campaigns or as standalone service initiatives.
