Infor is on the lookout for a Senior Operations Marketing Manager to become a vital part of our Global Demand Operations team, focusing on the marketing automation platform, Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot).
This entails overseeing the management of the Prospect Account and Contact Database while collaborating with fellow marketing operations team members, as well as global and field marketers.
A Typical Day in This Role Includes:
Collaborating cross-functionally with sales operations, business development, and regional and global marketing teams to devise strategies for executing marketing initiatives.
Experience in B2B marketing utilizing the Pardot/Account Engagement Platform.Establishing scalable and sustainable marketing operations processes and programs.
Defining comprehensive requirements necessary for delivering end-to-end marketing solutions.
Developing and executing persona-based nurturing strategies.
Partnering with Data Analysts to implement system changes in line with Infor's data strategy.
Essential Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B marketing operations.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, positioning, and campaign measurement.
Experience managing a Marketing Automation Platform, preferably Pardot/Salesforce Account Engagement.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and present insights to senior management.
Proficiency in data analytics.
Experience managing multiple projects concurrently in cross-functional environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, information technology, or a related field.
Pardot Specialist Certification.
Experience with Salesforce, DOMO, and Demandbase is preferred.
