Overview:

Infor Global Professional Services is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Client Partner to drive the prospecting and sales of Infor Professional Services. This role is pivotal in establishing and nurturing a profitable business relationship between Infor and its clients within a designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance customer engagement and expand the sales pipeline within assigned accounts.
  • Lead the sales of Infor's services by collaborating with clients, showcasing value, and delivering impactful business outcomes.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction for existing clients while managing and developing relationships.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, ensuring accurate and timely revenue forecasting.
  • Formulate and implement a strategic sales plan for the territory, including demand generation initiatives.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with internal teams and clients to identify and address challenges effectively.

Qualifications:

Basic:

  • Experience in enterprise software professional services or IT services, particularly within ERP environments.
  • Proven track record in selling and/or delivering services in the Manufacturing Sector, fostering senior-level business relationships.
  • Background in solution sales, adept at managing complex accounts.
  • Experience in nurturing account relationships and securing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to articulate the value of complex solutions in technical terms to enhance customer experience.

Preferred:

  • Consistent achievement or surpassing of sales quotas.
  • Experience in Consultative Selling methodologies.
  • Background in technology sales or business development, showcasing leadership skills and community involvement.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or Cloud services sales.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
