We are currently seeking a Lead Sales Executive, Surgical Solutions to join our dynamic team in Thailand.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee, mentor, and inspire a team of territory/account managers to achieve sales objectives within designated regions, leveraging an expert understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology relevant to our medical products.
  • Promote and market our product offerings and solutions to both existing and prospective clients, while cultivating robust relationships with key decision-makers in assigned accounts and the broader market.
  • Assist territory/account managers in navigating complex sales scenarios, while formulating and executing both short- and long-term strategic plans for their territories/accounts.
  • Perform other related duties as necessary.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Extensive experience in sales with a proven track record of leading a sales team.
  • Significant experience in the medical devices sector, particularly with surgical implants.
  • Experience in consignment management.

Additional Skills:
  • Comprehensive technical knowledge of our product portfolio and its alignment with customer needs.
  • In-depth awareness of business unit strategy, sales model, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
  • Understanding of emerging industry trends and their implications for both Edwards and our clients.
  • Strong grasp of hemodynamic monitoring and cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology as it pertains to our medical products.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to engage professionally with all organizational levels and escalate issues to the appropriate management levels.
  • Capability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Anticipate and comprehend customer needs, feedback, and objections, applying knowledge to create value.
  • Leverage long-term relationships with senior-level customer contacts and Edwards colleagues across functions to drive success.
  • Influence the budgeting process within customer purchasing departments.
