About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our team at Mantra Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in supporting the CEO in executing strategic initiatives and company-wide operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, including preparing materials, presentations, and reports for investors and senior leadership meetings.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives and company-wide operations.
  • Facilitate and coordinate senior leadership meetings, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Manage large, complex cross-functional projects, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within the company.
  • Assist the CEO in optimal calendar and schedule management, handling communications, executive offsites, and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a fast-growing startup between 50 and 500 employees.
  • 2+ years of experience in management consulting, private equity, or investment banking.
  • Advanced organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and with precision.
  • Experience with tech-enabled healthcare services or the ed-tech sector.
  • Located in the NYC area and able to work in the office at least 3 days a week.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in companies with a B2B enterprise go-to-market motion.
  • Direct work experience in business operations or strategy & operations at a start-up.
  • Familiarity with analytical and data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau).

The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $140,000 and eligibility for a performance bonus of up to $19,500.
