Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage personal and professional tasks, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and coordinating household needs.
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel logistics, including flight itineraries, hotel reservations, and car services.
  • Organize agendas, manage calendars, and plan events while prioritizing competing demands.
  • Manage wardrobe and style, including personal shopping, procurement, and wardrobe audits.
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as recording meeting minutes, data entry, filing, copying, faxing, and mailings.
  • Prioritize and lead multiple projects simultaneously, keeping track of project timelines and deadlines.
  • Uphold a highly organized and detailed to-do list for the CEO and business, noting important tasks and deadlines.
  • Maintain communication with the team and ensure all aspects of the business are on track.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
  • At least 6 months of previous administrative, secretarial, or personal assistant experience.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
  • A self-starter with a 'no task too small' mindset.
