Role Summary: The Guest Services Representative plays a crucial role in welcoming guests with professionalism and warmth, managing inquiries, and overseeing the check-in and check-out processes, as well as room reservations.
Part-time Evening Shift: 3pm to 11pm

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to guests in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
- Maintain a high standard of hospitality and service quality.
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction in a timely manner.
- Process guest charges, handle payments, and adhere to all cash management protocols.
- Manage guest correspondence and messages with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the hotel brand and its various offerings (travel programs, special promotions).
- Communicate effectively with different departments and management regarding guest feedback and issues.
- Respond swiftly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members requiring front desk support.
- Be well-versed in hotel safety and emergency protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in customer service or other guest-facing roles is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software applications.
- Prior experience in the hospitality sector as a front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or in guest services is required.
- Familiarity with brand-specific property management systems, Quore, PBX, and other hotel-related technologies is preferred.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, reasoning skills, and the capacity to multitask while interacting with guests under pressure.
