Role Summary: The Guest Services Representative is tasked with welcoming visitors in a friendly and efficient manner, addressing inquiries, managing check-ins and check-outs, and coordinating room reservations.

Part-time Evening Shift 3pm to 11pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist guests promptly, courteously, and professionally at all times
  • Maintain exceptional service and hospitality standards
  • Address guest concerns or issues swiftly and ensure satisfaction in a timely manner
  • Process guest charges, manage payments, and adhere to all cash handling protocols
  • Handle guest correspondence and messages with utmost respect for privacy and professionalism
  • Possess knowledge of the hotel brand and various promotional programs
  • Communicate effectively with various departments and management regarding guest feedback
  • Respond promptly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members requiring front desk support
  • Be well-versed in hotel safety and emergency protocols

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service or guest-facing roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software applications
  • Prior experience in the hospitality sector as a front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or in guest services is essential
  • Familiarity with brand-specific Property Management Systems, Quore, PBX, and other hotel-related software is preferred
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, reasoning skills, and capacity to multitask while interacting with guests under pressure.
