Job Overview

We are excited to offer a part-time position within our esteemed Front Desk team at Premier Resorts Management Inc.


PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

Support the Front Office operations to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, maintain quality service, and adhere to corporate policies while achieving financial objectives.


Scope of Responsibilities:

This role is accountable for the Front Office Department during assigned shifts, which includes responsibilities in Front Desk operations, telephone services, and Night Audit tasks.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Front Desk Operations: Serve as the primary desk agent during scheduled shifts, facilitating guest check-ins and check-outs, and managing incoming calls. Deliver outstanding service to all guests, visitors, and team members (80%).
  2. Customer Relations: Address and resolve guest complaints, proactively identifying potential issues by monitoring feedback, operational challenges, and team performance to uphold high standards of satisfaction and service quality (15%).
  3. System Maintenance: Oversee and ensure the optimal performance of Front Office systems and equipment (5%).

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS:
  1. Engage in special projects and other assigned responsibilities. Participate in committees and task forces as needed.
  2. Foster positive working relationships and maintain open communication with all departments.
  3. Assume Manager on Duty responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education: A four-year college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of two to three years of relevant employment in a similar role is required.

Skills and Competencies:
Comprehensive knowledge of industry-specific policies and procedures, along with a general understanding of other hotel departments. Strong supervisory and management skills are essential. Ability to foster positive guest relations and maximize satisfaction is crucial. Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of a second language is a plus. Capability to manage cash and credit transactions effectively. Adherence to all company policies and standard operating procedures is necessary.
Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Travel Requirements: Minimal travel may be necessary for training purposes.

Work Hours: This is an hourly position, with schedules determined by management based on business needs, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
