Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to guests in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality and service quality.
  • Address guest concerns or issues promptly and ensure their satisfaction in a timely manner.
  • Process guest charges, manage payments, and adhere to all cash handling protocols.
  • Handle guest correspondence and messages with utmost respect for privacy and professionalism.
  • Possess thorough knowledge of the hotel brand and various programs, including travel initiatives and special promotions.
  • Communicate effectively with various departments and management regarding guest feedback and concerns.
  • Respond swiftly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members requiring front desk assistance.
  • Be well-versed in hotel safety and emergency procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Experience in customer service or similar guest-facing roles is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or comparable software applications.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality sector as a front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or in guest services is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with brand-specific property management systems, Quore, PBX, and other hotel-related technologies is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to problem-solve, reason, and multitask while interacting with guests under pressure.
