Job Title: Help Desk Analyst

TEKsystems is seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and resolving software problems through discussions with clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and diagnose software problems through discussions with clients and employees
  • Research and resolve system problems
  • Assign complex problems to senior level support
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Work effectively in a team environment
  • Meet deadlines and work under pressure
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of related IT Service Desk/Help Desk experience
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ticketing system experience and remote access tool proficiency
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work between 7 AM and 7 PM Monday through Friday
  • Flexibility to work overtime, including evenings and weekends
Work Environment:

Our team of 12 works Monday to Friday, with shifts ranging from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM. We require flexibility, as one person on the team may need to work Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM every 12 weeks. This person will receive paid time and a half. If you have a conflict, you can switch weekends with someone else on the team.
