We are a trusted home healthcare provider in the Philadelphia area, committed to delivering transparent, professional, and excellent home care services. Our team of caregivers and home health aides are experienced and screened to provide non-skilled and non-medical services for seniors.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will support our office staff, including the Marketing, Coordination, and Recruitment departments. This role will report to the HR Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk and Reception: Greet colleagues and guests, answer and direct phone calls, maintain inventory and order supplies, and clean and maintain common spaces.
  • Technical Support: Offer assistance to field staff.
  • Field Staff Support: Assist with hiring and orientations, and support the recruitment team with call volume.
  • Other Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2+ years of administrative office experience.
  • Skills: Proactive customer service orientation, ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, understanding of the company and services offered, demonstrated computer skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Work Environment:
  • Office Setting: This role will take place in our office, with occasional travel for recruitment purposes.
