About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Commercial Expansion team at Snowflake Computing. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 50-70 clients within a specific industry, building trusted relationships with internal resources, external partners, and client account teams to qualify deals, identify business value, and provide technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage a portfolio of 50-70 clients within a specific industry, building trusted relationships with internal resources, external partners, and client account teams.
  • Deal Qualification and Business Value Identification: Qualify deals, identify business value, and provide technical guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Revenue Growth and Market Share Expansion: Drive revenue and increase market share in defined set of accounts.
  • Technical Guidance and Solution Demonstrations: Work hands-on with customers to deliver standard, customized, and/or strategic solution demonstrations, presentations, and best practices that showcase functional capabilities, competitive advantages, and business benefits of the Snowflake solutions throughout the sales cycle.
  • Post-Sales Technical Guidance: Provide ongoing, post-sales, technical guidance to the customer's technical team to drive customer utilization of Snowflake and digital transformation success.
Requirements
  • 1+ Years of Sales Experience: Proven ability to independently manage and develop client relationships, drive consistent activity, pipeline development, and quota achievement.
  • Proven Track Record: Experience determining customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions, with a proactive, independent thinking and a high energy/positive attitude.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • BA/BS Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Compensation: Eligible to participate in Snowflake's commission plan and receive total on-target earnings of $114,750 - $135,000, with an estimated base salary of $68,850 - $81,000.
  • Equity Plan: Eligible to participate in Snowflake's equity plan.
  • Benefits Package: Competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, at least 12 paid holidays, paid time off, parental leave, employee assistance program, and other company benefits.
