Job Overview

The Account Manager is a key role at Surge Staffing, responsible for driving business growth and profitability in an assigned branch office. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent sales and marketing skills, as well as strong leadership and customer service abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan to increase billable hours and sales growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of temporary employees to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and monitor quality standards to ensure consistency and excellence in all services rendered.
  • Manage customer relationships and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve profit targets and optimize branch operations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the local market and competitor landscape to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software applications.
