We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Grand Canyon Education, Inc. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion in the Reno, NV territory.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Identify and implement event/activity plans to build awareness of our online academic programs and drive inquiry generation.
- Build and Nurture Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners and influencers to promote Grand Canyon University student success and institutional growth.
- Provide Exceptional Counseling: Use your passion for serving others to provide exceptional counseling to prospective students, their families, and partners, championing the GCE mission and promoting Grand Canyon University student success.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Time Management Skills: Proven ability to prioritize competing priorities and manage time effectively, even while traveling.
- Clear Communication Skills: Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Self-Motivation and Drive: A self-starter with a strong desire to succeed and make a difference in the lives of Grand Canyon University students.
- Emotional Intelligence: High emotional intelligence, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding in coaching and partner relationships.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn and adapt to new digital tools.
