Job Title: National Sales Account Manager

Garlock Flexibles is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a National Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of sales strategies
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the flexible packaging industry
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license
