- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, vendors, and other outside guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties, including answering and transferring phone calls, taking messages, and handling facility inquiries.
- Mail and Document Management: Sort and deliver incoming mail, send outgoing mail, and maintain accurate records of correspondence.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and ensure a well-stocked office.
- Security and Compliance: Maintain security by following established procedures, including monitoring the guest logbook and issuing visitor badges as required.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic computer software and office equipment.
