About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Associate. As a key member of our Customer Care department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Payment Processing: Process customer payments and ensure accurate and efficient handling of financial transactions.
  • Service Order Management: Manage and complete service orders in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination, resulting in a positive customer experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Training: Successful completion of our comprehensive training program.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other computer applications, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to customer service.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
