The Marketing Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting and executing marketing strategies that embody the vision, values, and brand identity of Prelude Fertility. This position is essential for spearheading community engagement initiatives and expanding the company's online presence across key regions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Digital Marketing:
    • Oversee website updates, ensuring content is relevant and engaging.
    • Act as the primary liaison with digital marketing vendors and agencies.
    • Generate innovative ideas based on market analysis to enhance website appeal.
    • Develop and curate content for various platforms.
    • Collaborate with corporate marketing and sales teams for cohesive strategies.
    • Plan and implement social media campaigns, including awareness events.
    • Foster opportunities for patient testimonials and reviews.
  • Project Management:
    • Assist in organizing special events such as symposiums and conferences.
  • Coordinate with corporate marketing and public relations teams to maximize media exposure.
  • Support the creation and execution of a comprehensive Marketing Action Plan and Budget.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and community organizations.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Represent the organization at public relations events and seminars.
  • Promote a positive image of the practice to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supervise the collection and analysis of patient satisfaction data.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure alignment with corporate marketing and sales objectives.
  • Assist in creating marketing collateral, including advertisements and newsletters.
  • Lead community-focused events aimed at patient engagement.
  • Develop reporting systems for tracking practice performance metrics.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Some travel may be required for events and meetings.
  • Responsible for identifying new referral sources through various outreach methods.
  • Collaborate with donor teams to evaluate and process donor applications.
  • Conduct outreach to educational institutions and community organizations.
  • Coordinate participation in health fairs and other community events.
  • Research and identify new marketing opportunities within assigned areas.
  • Meet regularly with donor teams to address concerns and updates.
  • Assist in updating marketing materials and advertising strategies.
  • Facilitate special events to enhance community relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in direct-to-consumer marketing, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Experience in the fertility industry or collaboration with OB/GYN professionals is preferred.
