Senior Account Executive

Easy Street Capital is a private real estate lender headquartered in Austin, Texas, serving real estate investors across the country. Our team is defined by its experience and innovative loan programs, making us the ideal financing partner for real estate investors of all experience levels and specialties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound web leads and phone calls from prospective borrowers, explaining our product offerings and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Proactively prospect for new borrowers and loan opportunities, with the goal of turning prospects into clients and clients into long-term customers.
  • Represent Easy Street Capital in both verbal and written communications, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas, providing feedback to the marketing team to optimize strategies across various marketing activities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with borrowers, providing a long-term perspective and exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Private lending experience is required, with a strong understanding of the real estate lending industry.
  • HubSpot or comparable CRM software experience is preferred, as well as investment real estate experience.
  • Basic Microsoft Office knowledge is required, as well as strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confidence on the phone, a high level of drive, and a strong desire to succeed are essential.
  • Ability to handle rejection, a positive attitude, and a team player mentality are also required.
