Senior Sales Executive

The Senior Sales Executive - Major Accounts is a key leadership role within the Transportation Equipment Network, responsible for driving sales growth and maintaining strong relationships with large, multi-location prospects and customers within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales quotas in multiple product lines offered by the company.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel who influence the buy decision in assigned customer accounts and prospects.
- Stay up-to-date on customer needs and preferences, and proactively introduce the company's products to those assigned strategic accounts and prospects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- 4-year college degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5-10 years of successful sales experience in a business-to-business strategic sales environment, preferably in the transportation equipment industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and exceeding expectations.
- Strong understanding of the transportation equipment industry, including trailer and chassis sourcing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
The Senior Sales Executive - Major Accounts will work in an office environment, with frequent travel required to meet with customers and prospects (up to 60-75% of the time).
