Job Summary

West Monroe is seeking a highly skilled Sales Strategy Manager to lead our Sales Strategy team within our Technology & Experience practice. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving improvements in sales efficiency and productivity, including sales channel design, partner management, coverage model design, go-to-market planning, and sales methodology design/deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven, customer-centric segmentation strategies and create innovative sales and marketing analytics
• Analyze each client's specific request and determine the underlying problem and recommend proper solutions
• Mentor and manage teams of consultants
• Participate in business development with prospective clients, including pre-sales, estimating, negotiating, and project planning

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working for a consulting firm or as a Sales Operations leader on the industry side
• Proven extensive skills driving improvements in sales efficiency and productivity
• Extensive industry sales and management consulting abilities in sales front office
• Knowledge of sales operations technologies and how they impact the overall sales process
• Ability to work well with people, including project stakeholders and project team members
