Job Overview

Sales Focus Inc., a leading sales outsourcing pioneer, is seeking a highly skilled National Sales / Program Manager to drive sales growth and success in the Energy Industry. This key role will be responsible for managing sales teams across the US, developing and training sales staff, and tracking performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales quotas
  • Manage and train sales teams to achieve sales targets and improve performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program launch and ongoing support
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to clients on sales performance and progress

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales management experience in the Energy Industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and improving sales performance
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to motivate and develop sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to travel to manage multiple teams across 42 states
