Job Overview

Nextdoor is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Sales Operations and Strategy Manager to join our Sales Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for the sales organization, driving revenue-generating projects, and shaping overall sales strategy and prioritization.

This is a high-impact role that requires a self-starter, independent thinker with a keen attention to detail and the ability to see beyond the numbers. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Account Operations, Marketing, Data Science, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to develop a deep understanding of Nextdoor's business and translate this knowledge into building and optimizing key parts of the Advertising Sales organization.

Key responsibilities include evaluating and developing people, processes, and systems needed to support Nextdoor's GTM strategy and execution, advising the company-wide Account Management strategy, planning customer lifecycles, and overseeing customer performance metrics and analytics.

This role will be based in New York and will report to the Head of Sales Operations. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $165,000 on an annualized basis, as well as a meaningful equity grant and comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and develop people, processes, and systems needed to support Nextdoor's GTM strategy and execution
  • Advising the company-wide Account Management strategy
  • Planning customer lifecycles and setting the correct reachout process
  • Overseeing customer performance metrics and analytics
  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses to support performance improvement programs
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, business intelligence, analytics, finance, business/sales operations, sales strategy, or related field
  • Strong analytical and inquisitive work style with keen attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Salesforce, Qubole, and/or Looker
  • Understanding of the social media, digital advertising, and/or consumer internet industries
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
