Job Title: Call Center Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Call Center Operations Manager to join our team at ProSolar Systems Caribbean. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our call center, ensuring optimal performance and continuous improvement in our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record in supervising and training teams. You will also be responsible for maintaining the physical appearance of our call center location, as well as analyzing data and preparing reports for management.

With a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a rapidly growing company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the call center
  • Supervise and train a team of customer service representatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in call center management or supervision
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
