Customer Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Manager to lead our call center team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the call center, ensuring excellent service delivery, staff performance, and adherence to company policies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer service management, with experience in developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, implementing efficient workflows, and managing resources. A strong understanding of call center software and CRM systems is also essential.
In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement operational improvements that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for leading a high-performing team, providing coaching and training to ensure staff are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in a call center environment with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems
- Strong knowledge of reporting tools and metrics analysis
Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
