Call Center Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Call Center Team Lead to join our team at ProSolar Group LLC. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they meet or exceed service and quality goals.
You will be responsible for analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, developing and implementing process improvements, and providing coaching and training to team members. You will also participate in developing and implementing business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or similar environment, with a proven track record of success in sales, coaching, and team management. If you are a results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
