Position Overview:
As a Junk Removal Team Leader, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients during service operations. Your role is crucial in ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Exuding a friendly demeanor, maintaining a professional appearance, and engaging with clients through smiles and eye contact.
  • Informing clients about our pricing structure and services, ensuring they understand the value we provide before presenting an estimate.
  • Safely operating the junk removal vehicle at all times.
  • Conducting daily inspections of the vehicle, including checking tire pressure, oil levels, and equipment functionality.
  • Ensuring the vehicle is stocked with necessary supplies, including receipts, safety gear, and marketing materials.
  • Pricing jobs competitively while striving to exceed performance benchmarks.
  • Making informed logistical decisions to optimize job completion and resource allocation.
  • Leading by example and instilling the company's core values in your team.
  • Assisting in the training of new team members on daily operations and company principles.
  • Completing daily checklists to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Minimizing risks and preventing costly errors, including damage, injury, and client dissatisfaction.
  • Regularly communicating with your supervisor for additional tasks and support.

Compensation: Earn between $11-$20 per hour, with opportunities for advancement to Team Captain.
