Position Summary
The Sales Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be instrumental in driving the performance of a newly formed, service-focused sales team. - Utilize Salesforce to identify improvement opportunities and optimize sales effectiveness.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance analyses for management review.
- Work with leadership to create sales forecasts and budgets aligned with targets.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to ensure coordinated efforts.

Qualifications:
