Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the housekeeping and laundry personnel, focusing on their training and professional growth.
- Collaborate in establishing and upholding cost management systems for staffing, linen stock, and cleaning materials.
- Ensure exceptional service quality is delivered to meet guest expectations.
- Maintain room standards in accordance with StepStone and hotel brand protocols, including conducting inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
- Monitor and uphold cleanliness standards in all areas, including guest rooms, storage, laundry, restrooms, and communal spaces.
- Implement procedures for the handling, security, and return of lost and found items.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience in hospitality sales is highly desirable.
