The Position: Tattoo Removal Technician
As a Tattoo Removal Technician, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional experiences for each client. Your duties will encompass reception responsibilities, administrative tasks, and eventually consulting and treating clients under supervision. We also have senior and managerial positions available. Comprehensive training to advance into a tattoo removal specialist role will be provided on the job.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Welcoming clients and providing exceptional service
- Managing phone inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Assisting clinic managers with daily operations
- Conducting client consultations
- Performing laser tattoo removal procedures
- Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a passion for customer service and a drive to excel. Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is essential. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a positive demeanor, and the ability to learn and adapt swiftly. In Texas, individuals can operate under the supervision of a medical team, and all necessary training will be provided. Registered Nurses are highly preferred.
What We Seek:
- Full-time availability from Tuesday to Saturday
- Strong background in customer service
- Beauty therapy education is advantageous
- Experience in cosmetology is a plus
- Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel) are required
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn and develop quickly
- Team-oriented with a focus on achieving results
- Driver's license and vehicle preferred but not mandatory
- RN qualification is highly regarded
