Job Summary:

RRH - Austin, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Team Leader to join our team. As a Restaurant Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and training team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensuring food quality and safety, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Internal Service: Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • External Service: Ensure that guests receive exceptional service, including prompt and friendly interactions.
  • Higher Profits: Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Fostering the Culture: Promote a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
  • Workstation Operation: Ensure that all workstations are clean, organized, and equipped to meet the needs of team members.
  • Food Quality/Safety: Maintain high standards of food quality and safety, including proper handling and storage procedures.
  • Training/Coaching: Provide ongoing training and coaching to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Guest Focus: Ensure that all interactions with guests are friendly, attentive, and responsive to their needs.
  • Business Management: Assist with managing restaurant operations, including scheduling, inventory, and supply chain management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
