Service Account Manager

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our commercial service department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, selling preventative maintenance contracts, and providing recommendations for service and repair work for HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development: Meet sales goals through the development of existing customers and prospecting new business opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers and follow up on their concerns to ensure their needs are met.
  • Estimating and Quoting: Prepare cost estimates and price quotations on new work and coordinate the preparation of cost estimates on project continuations.
  • Contract Management: Verify and quote prices, prepare sales contracts for jobs obtained, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports of pipeline and sales activity to inform business decisions.
  • Sales Enablement: Identify and implement tools and resources to assist in sales efforts and improve overall sales performance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of related sales experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Highly technical with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and field experience.
  • Ability to oversee up to 10 team members and lead by example.
