Senior Sales Account Executive

Webster Engineering is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic opportunities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication and negotiation skills, a robust understanding of business dynamics, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and requirements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the client base to enhance revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure client satisfaction and success.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess performance metrics, address challenges, and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to uncover potential new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies to clients in alignment with company goals and policies.
- Achieve and surpass sales targets and performance metrics, including revenue goals, client retention rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the client experience and add value to their business through proactive communication and strategic recommendations.
- Experience in Boiler/Burner Combustion is essential
- A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred. However, qualified candidates without a degree are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated success in sales and account management roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, focused on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, trends, and best practices is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events - approximately 40%.
- Professional demeanor and a commitment to ethical conduct in all business dealings.
