Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver daily care to residents and patients in accordance with established nursing protocols and as directed by the Charge Nurse.
  • Maintain the Plan of Care for each resident or patient.
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) including personal hygiene, mobility, safety, nutrition, and hydration.
  • Monitor and report any signs of skin issues or pressure sores.
  • Implement daily rehabilitative and restorative procedures as necessary.
  • Respond promptly to resident calls for assistance.

General Qualifications:

  • Active and valid C.N.A. Certification required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
