Position Summary: We are seeking a seasoned manager to take on a senior leadership role as we enhance our presence in the community and operational markets. This position will oversee the staff at our new facility and provide essential leadership support to our existing office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Direct daily scheduling management for our branches, ensuring operational efficiency and overseeing company purchasing activities.

  • Performance Evaluation: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate branch performance and guide scheduling staff in adapting to changes, focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Client and Caregiver Engagement: Promote high levels of satisfaction among clients and caregivers within supported branches.
  • Collaboration: Act as a liaison between functional departments, regional teams, and community partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Talent Development: Responsible for recruiting, training, and nurturing staffing personnel, ensuring the department has the necessary talent to achieve operational objectives.
Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years in people management, including performance management and operational oversight.
  • Ability to provide supervisory and colleague references.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred but not mandatory.
Work Environment:
  • This is an onsite position, with training conducted at our existing support center.
  • Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend requirements.
  • Travel may be necessary for branch visits or corporate meetings.
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent standing, walking, and sitting, with occasional lifting and physical activity.
  • Effective communication skills in English are essential.
  • Lifting requirements may vary from light to moderate.
