  • Stay informed about the latest telecom technologies and industry advancements to improve the team's capabilities.

Health and Safety:

  • Enforce safety policies and procedures, fostering a culture of safety awareness within the field technician team.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain precise records of field activities, equipment inventory, and service reports.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding the status of field operations, challenges encountered, and suggestions for improvement.

Customer Relations:

  • Engage with customers professionally, addressing their inquiries and offering technical support as needed.

Equipment and Inventory Management:

  • Oversee equipment inventory, ensuring the availability and proper maintenance of tools, testing equipment, and materials necessary for field operations.

Vehicle Maintenance and Travel:

  • Conduct pre-operation and post-operation checks on vehicles and equipment to ensure readiness for duty.
  • Maintain a clean driving record as defined by current fleet insurance standards.
  • Travel extensively to various locations, working both indoors and outdoors as required by the job.

Safety Awareness and Compliance:

  • Identify hazards and report any concerns or incidents to a supervisor or safety officer; participate in investigations as necessary.
