Role Summary:

The Lead Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience for both external and internal stakeholders by efficiently managing service appointment scheduling.

This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically to coordinate service requests effectively, ensuring satisfaction for both the customer and the operational team. Attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work autonomously are essential attributes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate complex service and installation appointments to optimize efficiency and minimize overtime.
  • Utilize operational software to select the appropriate technician and document any travel requirements.
  • Ensure the availability of necessary parts to maintain high service standards.
  • Oversee technician schedules throughout the operational day.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and address any issues that may arise.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role within an office environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service aptitude.
  • Proficient computer skills, including the ability to type at least 35 words per minute with accuracy while engaging with customers.
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems while communicating with clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Professional and courteous interaction with individuals at all levels.
