Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our vibrant team. This role is crucial for managing various construction initiatives, ensuring that each project is executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the entire construction process from inception to completion, ensuring all phases are managed proficiently.
2. Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
3. Develop and maintain project budgets, focusing on cost management and financial performance.
4. Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
5. Lead project teams, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.
6. Utilize project management software such as Procore and MS Suites to monitor progress and manage resources.
7. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure adherence to specifications.
8. Proactively identify and resolve issues that may arise during the construction process.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
10. Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project status and performance.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. At least 5 years of project management experience within the construction sector.
3. Demonstrated expertise in DSA, Public Works, and Contract Management.
4. Strong leadership abilities with a talent for team motivation.
5. Excellent budgeting and strategic planning capabilities.
6. Proficient in negotiation and problem-solving techniques.
7. Comprehensive knowledge of safety management practices in construction.
8. Familiarity with Procore, MS Suites, and other project management tools.
9. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
11. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
12. Strong analytical skills for effective problem resolution.
13. Focused on cost control and financial efficiency.
