The Signage Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing tenant signage initiatives under the guidance of the Environmental Graphics Manager. This position requires collaboration with both the construction and leasing teams. The coordinator is accountable for the comprehensive management, execution, and quality assurance of signage projects across our outlet centers, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and commitments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive project assignments from the Leasing Department following the RFTP (request for tenant package).
  • Organize and maintain tenant signage information within a dedicated file folder database.
  • Coordinate surveys of various center locations, including storefront measurements and photographs, with property management and approved vendors.
  • Foster open communication with new and existing tenants, contractors, vendors, and property management regarding sign approvals, removals, façade repairs, and installations.
  • Gather essential documents such as site plans, elevation drawings, and field measurements.
  • Disseminate signage information and documentation to tenants, sign fabricators/installers, center management, and TI Coordinators.
  • Submit requests for preliminary sign submittals for initial reviews.
  • Examine drawings for significant errors and compliance before forwarding to the Landlord’s architect/design consultant for feedback and approval.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the signage industry, complemented by a solid understanding of construction processes.
