Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with existing NAVEX clients to uncover new business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling our integrated risk and compliance solutions.
- Engage and cultivate customer relationships, utilizing your prospecting skills to expand our offerings and meet sales objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the sales process and maintain strong customer relationships, working closely with various departments.
- Navigate complex sales environments by understanding the dynamics of multi-party enterprise sales.
- Deliver compelling presentations that illustrate real business scenarios, showcasing your expertise in the industry and our products.
- Identify customer needs through effective discovery and consultative selling techniques.
- Develop and prioritize a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting opportunities.
- Participate in initial training and ongoing product education to stay informed about industry trends and NAVEX's evolving solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing strategies.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Over 8 years of successful B2B sales experience, particularly with Enterprise-level organizations (6,000+ employees).
- Proven experience in selling SaaS solutions.
- Familiarity with value-based selling methodologies and best practices.
- A strong desire to learn in a rapidly changing risk and compliance landscape.
- Excellent skills in prospecting, planning, organization, and time management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to identify and address operational challenges and propose improvements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to teamwork and collaboration across diverse groups.

Our Commitment:

The starting salary for this position is $115,000 annually, with an additional target variable pay of $115,000 based on individual performance.
