Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture relationships with existing NAVEX clients to uncover new business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling our risk and compliance management solutions.
Engage and cultivate customer relationships, utilizing your prospecting skills to expand our offerings and achieve sales objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the sales process, ensuring a positive customer experience while working closely with various departments.
Navigate complex sales environments by understanding the dynamics of multi-party enterprise sales.
Deliver compelling presentations that illustrate real business scenarios, showcasing your expertise in our industry and products.
Identify customer needs through effective discovery and consultative selling techniques.
Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to exceed sales targets and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Participate in initial intensive training and ongoing virtual sessions to stay informed about industry trends and NAVEX's evolving solutions.
Achieve and surpass your sales quotas through effective negotiation and closing strategies.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 8+ years of successful B2B sales experience, particularly with Enterprise-level organizations.
- Experience in selling SaaS solutions.
- Familiarity with value-based selling methodologies and best practices.
- A strong desire to learn and adapt in the rapidly changing risk and compliance landscape.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
